I trained at BCPC and am a fully-qualified psychotherapist. I have an MA in Integrative Humanistic Psychotherapy with Middlesex University and a diploma as a Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapist. I hold a Certificate in Clinical Supervision from CSTD. I have completed Levels 1 and 2 of IFS training, working towards becoming an IFS practitioner. I attend regular continued personal development.

I am an accredited member of UKCP and abide by their codes and ethics. My practice is supervised and mentored by a professional psychotherapist.

I have a well-established private practice. Previously, I spent two years as a counsellor at Swindon Counselling Service.

Prior to becoming a therapist, I worked for many years as a designer and later in the teaching profession with children aged from 4-16.
